All MedalMounts come with a lifetime guarantee!
This means if it breaks from intended, regular use we will give you a full refund or replacement.

Return Policy

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all MedalMounts. This means you can return it for any reason within 30 days of receiving your purchase as long as the item is unused and still in original packaging. Sale items are not included and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Simply provide your receipt or proof of purchase if you wish to exchange or return a MedalMount and please follow the simple instructions below.

Exchanges 

Your MedalMount will be replaced if it is defective or damaged.

  1. Email support@medalmounts.com to notify us of your intent to exchange;
  2. Please pack your MedalMount as securely and safely as it was shipped to you to ensure no damage occurs during transit;
  3. Use a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item;
  4. Send to: PO Box 1030, Hillarys, WA 6923.

Refunds and Replacements

Simply provide your receipt or proof of purchase for a refund or replacement and please follow the simple instructions below. Refunds and replacements are given if your MedalMount breaks from intended, regular use.  

  1. Email support@medalmounts.comto notify us of your intent for refund or replacement;
  2. Please pack your MedalMount as securely and safely as it was shipped to you to ensure no damage occurs during transit;
  3. Use a trackable service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item;
  4. Send to: PO Box 1030, Hillarys, WA 6923.

Once your MedalMount has been received and inspected, an email notification will be sent to let you know we have received the item and whether your refund or replacement has been approved or not.

If approved, your refund will be issued in the same way as payment, either PayPal or credit card and you will receive it within 10 business days of your approved refund notification email. If approved and you have requested a replacement, your new MedalMount will be sent to you via standard shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable and any return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds are issued in the same way as payment, either PayPal or credit card. MedalMounts will happily pay for postage of any genuine product standard issue otherwise the customer is responsible for return postage.

Late/Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account/credit card/PayPal again. 

If it is not there, please contact your credit card company as it sometimes takes them longer than expected to officially post your refund. Next step is to contact your bank as processing times vary depending on your bank.
If you have taken all of these steps and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@medalmounts.com.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts

If your MedalMount was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the MedalMount is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the MedalMount was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift-giver (purchaser) had the order shipped to themself to give to you later, we have to send the refund to the purchaser and they will be notified of the return.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
